Hello friends 👋 please sponsor us! My mum, Bryony Lewis and I are taking part in the Padstow to Rock swim in August to raise money for Marie Curie UK 🌼 we have to swim a mile across the Camel Estuary in less than an hour. For Bry (our motivator and driving force), being the seasoned open water swimmer that she is, this will be easy, but mum and I will definitely find it a challenge! This is the second time me and my littlest sister Bryony have raised money for cancer charities. A few years ago we took on the south west coast path in aid of CoppaFeel! 🍉 🍉 back during covid times mum was diagnosed with breast cancer, and during that scary time of treatment and recovery we wanted to help others going through a similar experience. Now all healthy and healed, mum is joining us in fundraising for Marie Curie. We do these challenges in recognition, support and love for all our family and friends affected by life changing illnesses, and all the other people going through the motions too. If you can spare a few pounds to sponsor us on our flounder across the estuary that would be greatly appreciated! Myself, my sister Bryony, her friend Grace and our mum Emma are taking part in the Padstow to Rock swim this year in aid of Marie Curie. We all hugely support this wonderful charity and are looking forward to suiting up and swimming across the estuary this summer!Whilst I am a frequent sea dipper I have never taken part in an open water swim event - eek. (Bryony has, so I’m sure she’ll fly across the estuary in no time.) To train, I’m swimming a mile weekly in the pool, and hoping for the best… Marie Curie is an amazing charity that provides priceless work. I've been documenting my experience of motherhood for the wonderful Bump And Baby Club. This month we talked about travelling solo with a toddler, highs and lows away from home, and how it compared to my explorations in the past.

Recently I’ve been working with Finisterre to update their women’s product copy and create fresh copy for their new ranges. Massive thanks to Zak Rayment for having me on the team and teaching me the Fini TOV. Looking forward to working together again soon.
