Course Structure

Choose Your Learning Path: CREA Blended Learning or CREA Digital

You can complete the Certified Real Estate Investment Analyst (CREA) programme in a span of just five months. The Blended Learning format of CREA, a combination of in-class sessions and computer-assisted learning, requires a total of 14 days, including two exam days. This format also includes 68 learning units through e-learning. Alternatively, the CREA programme is available in a digital format, which covers 135 learning units through e-learning and two exam days held in person in Frankfurt. CREA Digital is offered in both German and English.

The payment schedule for the fees is spread over three instalments:

I. Instalment (20%): 14 days after receiving the written acceptance

II. Instalment (40%): four weeks prior to the start of the programme

III. Instalment (40%): at the beginning of the programme

  • The expenses for the programme are generally tax deductible.

The completed course corresponds to 19 ECTS.

HypZert is Germany's leading organisation for surveyers in real estate evaluation and analytics in the financial economics sector with international partners. HypZert certifies surveyors according to the exacting and internationally recognised criteria of ISO/IEC 17024.

The CREA programme is recognised as professional development according to HypZert guidelines. Participants will be awarded one day of professional development for each day attended, with a maximum of 3 training days per calendar year.
